Thursday, July 10, 2003   Cigarette Smoking I've been wondering this since I began working downtown. Outside every building you see these huddles of women, during the work day, smoking. Indeed, the worse the weather, the more women. Where are all the male smokers? Either women make up the vast preponderance of smokers, or they smoke far more cigarettes than men do.
